YS LAUNCH PADS - POLICY & PROCEDURES : Posters & Shelf Readers will be posted in the Children’s room with device information. Actual devices will be located behind the Children’s Reference Desk. When a patron checks out a Launch Pad, device and headphones are given to child and then directed to go sit at the Launch Pad table to plug into existing power.
General Note
LAUNCPAD LOAN & IN-HOUSE CHECK-OUT PROCEDURES : YS staff will be responsible for the In-House check- in and out of the Launch Pads. Each device will have a barcode located on the device and the case. A list of all the Launch Pads and applications available along with procedures will be located in a binder housed behind the Children’s Reference Desk. The Launch Pads have a 1 hour loan period. Up to 1 hour additional time is available if no one is waiting to use device.
